Cancellation Policy

Appointments that can't be attended need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the session start time. Failure to cancel a session within this time frame will result in a fixed cost of 100 CHF* *this doesn't apply to the free 15 minute call, however I would please ask you to kindly inform me ASAP if you can't attend the date/time agreed.
