Clients may be invited to complete an online nutritional health assessment before their consultation. Allowing maximum call time to discuss our recommendations and answer your questions.

We will evaluate your self-assessed wellness scores before and after the programme. This helps you to quantify progress and encourage maintenance of your new habits.
